Questions

Good to know

How much does waste collection cost?

Collections start from £25. Your price depends on how much there is, what type of waste it is and how easy it is to reach. Send us the form and we'll give you a clear price before we book anything.

Which areas do you cover?

We collect across the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Coventry, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Dudley, West Bromwich and the surrounding towns. We also take on jobs nationwide, so just tell us your postcode.

Do I need to bring everything outside?

No. We do all the lifting and carrying, from any room, loft, garage or garden. Just show us what needs to go.

Are you licensed to take my waste?

Yes. Gone2Clear Ltd is a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency, licence number CBDU659345. We give you a waste transfer note so you have proof it was disposed of legally.

What happens to my rubbish?

We take it to licensed waste and recycling sites. Anything that can be recycled or reused is separated out, so as little as possible goes to landfill.

Is there anything you can't take?

We can't take hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals or gas bottles. If you're not sure about an item, mention it in your quote request and we'll let you know.
